Return Eligibility

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include any tags (if applicable)
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Skincare, beauty, and personal care products that have been opened, used, or tested
  • Products returned due to personal preferences or individual skin reactions
  • Customized, personalized, or special-order items

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@theauraebeauty.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@theauraebeauty.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to complete the transaction.
